What’s The Plan Stan?

What’s the Plan Stan is a Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management initiative for primary schools, featuring Stan the dog and five children who model what to do in an emergency. What’s the Plan Stan focuses on earthquakes, tsunami, volcanoes, storms, floods and non–natural disasters.
