Kilo is invloved with the Emergency Rescue programme and teaches on the Introduction to Rescue, Triage, General Rescue and USAR courses.

CDEM Experience:

Kilo has been a volunteer in Canterbury Civil Defence since 1999. He started out in the Old Hornby Emergency Response team and became team leader of that team 2001. Following an amalgamation of three other teams in 2004 they collectively known as NZ-RT11, a nationally registered Response Team. Kilo has been teaching since 2002.

Interests/Hobbies:

Kilo is involved with NZ-RT11 and enjoys computers, time with his family and just pottering around.
